A storage apparatus for a charging cable (the storage apparatus having a charge-control box, terminal connector, terminal-side cable, and winding-side cable), wherein the apparatus is provided with a rotatable rotating drum for winding up the winding-side cable, a securing part provided on the rotating drum for securing the charge-control box, and a connector provided on the same side of the rotating drum as the securing part for connecting the terminal connector to the power-source side, the connector provided in a position offset in the direction perpendicular to the rotation central axis in relation to the rotation central axis of the rotating drum, the securing part being disposed so that the volume center of the charge-control box is positioned on the rotation central axis.
