Disclosed are a method for receiving multi-cast data in a wireless communication system and a machine to machine (M2M) device for the same. An M2M device receiving multi-cast data according to the present invention comprises: a receiver for receiving a first message including a first indicator indicating whether at least one service flow parameter, which is assigned in relation to a multi-cast service flow from a base station, is maintained in an idle mode or not; and a processor for controlling to maintain at least one service flow parameter although the M2M device enters the idle mode in case the indicator indicates that at least one service flow parameter is maintained in the idle mode.
