PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of treatment related to such diseases, including a lung disease characterized by airway inflammation, in the whole tissue and organs as asthma, COPD, and cystic fibrosis related to the release of inflammatory mediator involved in MARCKS protein from invasive leukocyte granule.SOLUTION: A peptide fragment or a variant of a MANS peptide, which can get involved in the reduction of release speed and/or quantity of inflammatory mediator granule or vesicle in inflammatory leukocytes. |
