PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when an amorphous polymer film is used for preventing color unevenness occurring in a conventional transparent conductive film due to the use of a crystalline polymer film, scratches are easily caused on a surface of the amorphous polymer film, and to solve a problem that when the transparent conductive film has metal layers on both surfaces thereof, the metal layers are crimped to each other.SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film 10 includes a base material 11 formed by an amorphous polymer film, a first hard coat layer 12, a first transparent conductor layer 13 and a first metal layer 14, a second hard coat layer 15, and a second transparent conductor layer 16 and a second metal layer 17. The first hard coat layer 12 includes a binder resin 19 and multiple spherical particles 18 each having a diameter of 1 μm to 5 μm. The first metal layer 14 includes multiple protruding parts 20, which are generated by the multiple particles 18 included in the first hard coat layer 12 and each of which has the maximum height Rz of 0.5 μm to 2.5 μm, on a surface thereof. |
