PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present useful neighboring information including events that are held temporarily, not permanently.SOLUTION: When document data is input, the present invention extracts reputation information, extracts time expression and geographic expression associated with each piece of reputation information, stores the reputation information in reputation information storage means, extracts from the reputation information storage means reputation information having future time as an attribute, clusters information having the same or similar time and geographic coordinates, obtains a rate of positive evaluation polarity to the total of evaluation polarity included in each cluster for each cluster, and extracts information having the rate higher than a predetermined threshold as an expected event. When coordinates of a designated position are input, a score about the coordinates, the extracted event and a rate of the event is calculated and k events are output in descending order of the score. |
