PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device which does not require a circuit for adjusting a resonance frequency of a resonance circuit and adjustment work for the same, and has more compact size.SOLUTION: An antenna resonance circuit AR comprises an antenna coil AL and a capacitor C0. An antenna device comprises a characteristic stabilization circuit SM for an impedance matching comprising capacitors C1, C2, C3, a first coil L1 and a second coil L2, between the antenna resonance circuit AR and a wireless IC 11. The first coil L1 and the second coil L2 are magnetically connected. |
