PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart excellent crease resistance, in addition to high bending resistance.SOLUTION: A plurality of crystal faces parallel to a main surface include faces {022}, {002}, {113}, {111} and {133}. The diffraction peak strength of each crystal face, which is determined from X-ray diffraction measurement using 2&thetas;/&thetas; method to the main surface and converted so that the total value becomes 100, is I+I≥75. The diffraction peak strength ratio of each crystal face relative to a diffraction peak strength ratio in powdery copper having faces {022}, {113}, {111}, {133} and {002}, which is converted so that the total value becomes 100, and the half value width of the diffraction peak of each face satisfy [(I/I)×FWHM]+[(I/I)×FWHM]+[(I/I)×FWHM]≤1.5, and the 10-point average surface roughness of the main surface is ≤1.2 μm. |
