PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Morse signal communication system that can provide a play utilizing Morse signals.SOLUTION: A server 100 converts text information input from a transmission terminal 10 into Morse signal information and partial display text information. In a state where the partial display text information is output to a reception terminal 40, the server 100 outputs the Morse signal information or the text information from the reception terminal 40 when a reception terminal operation unit 41 is operated.
