PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high humidity chamber capable of preventing evaporation of water from a predetermined member or transpiration from plants such as vegetables arranged in a sealed space, and to provide a cold storage including the high humidity chamber.SOLUTION: A vegetable chamber included in a cold storage includes a humidifying part 111 which is disposed in a vegetable chamber container 60 and humidifies the space in the vegetable chamber container 60 when the temperature of the vegetable chamber container 60 elevates. The humidifying part 111 includes a second heat conducting part 111b as a water supply source. The humidifying part 111 includes: a first heat conductive part 111a disposed in a predetermined area in the vegetable chamber container 60 relatively closer to a blow port constituting a cooling source than the second heat conducting part 111b; and a liquid drop transporting part 111c that transports dew condensation water produced in the first heat conducting part 111a to the second heat conducting part 111b.
