PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform carrier aggregation (CA) using a FDD scheme carrier and a TDD scheme carrier appropriately.SOLUTION: A radio base station eNB according to the invention is a radio base station eNB used in a mobile communication system in which a band 42 for a TDD scheme and a band 43 for a TDD scheme are placed adjacent to each other. The radio base station comprises a control unit 11 configured to use carriers in the band 42 for uplink only and use carriers in the band 43 for downlink only when performing CA by use of the carriers in the band 42 and the carriers in the band 43. The control unit 11 is configured to lower transmission power at border periphery carriers having frequencies in the periphery of a border frequency between the band 42 and the band 43 than transmission power at the remaining carriers among the carriers in the band 42 and the carriers in the band 43. |
