PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid excessively limiting charging of a secondary battery.SOLUTION: A control device for controlling charging of a secondary battery such that charging power of the secondary battery does not exceed an upper limit value includes: a current sensor for detecting a current while the secondary battery is charged/discharged; and a controller for calculating, from a state of charge/discharge detected by the current sensor, an evaluation value for evaluating a degradation component that lowers input/output performance of the secondary battery with a variation in ion concentration within the secondary battery. The controller increases the upper limit value when determining that an ion concentration distribution in the secondary battery is a state of overdischarge on the basis of an integral value of evaluation values exceeding a discharge side desired value. |
