The holder has an operating mechanism formed to initially actuate an actuatable fixation device (140), so that a relative movement is allowed between an alignment element (120) and a base body (110) and secondly actuate another actuatable fixing device, so that a clamping component is opened by the mechanism, when actuated. The mechanism initially de-actuates the latter fixing device, so that the relative movement between the alignment element and the base body is inhibited and secondly de-actuates the former fixing device, so the clamping component is closed, upon de-actuation.
