An automated dialog system is controlled to perform system dialog idiom based on the user work load parameter to reduce user work load, which associates interaction with the automated dialogue system, where system dialog idiom comprises a system dialog process (209), which is selected from a group consisting of a work load reducing dialog process, and a regular dialog process that is modified by a dialog modification reducing the work load.
