摘要 <p>The purpose of this invention is to increase torque in a composite torque rotating electric machine which uses permanent magnets having a low residual magnetic flux density such as ferrite magnets. This composite torque rotating electric machine is characterized by being provided with: a stator comprising armature windings arranged at a fixed interval at multiple positions in the circumferential direction; a rotor comprising a cylindrical core formed by laminating magnetic steel sheets; first permanent magnets arranged on axes (d) and in the circumferential direction on the outer periphery of the rotor; second permanent magnets arranged on axes (d) on the inner periphery side of the rotor across from the permanent magnets on the outer circumference side; third permanent magnets on axes (q) and extending in the longitudinally and radially of the rotor; and air gaps provided on the outer periphery side of the third permanent magnets and intermediate in the circumferential direction of the first permanent magnets. This composite torque rotating electric machine is further characterized by the radial distance between the first permanent magnets and the second permanent magnets being greater than the circumferential distance between the first permanent magnets and the air gaps, and by being provided with a rectifier means which comprises multiple slits between the first permanent magnets and the air gaps.</p>
