The present invention relates to a room heater equipped with a lighting apparatus and, more in detail, to a room heater equipped with a lighting apparatus capable of illuminating a room, concurrently heating the room, regulating an indoor temperature distribution at the room heating, maintaining a comfortable indoor environment by emitting far-infrared radiation, minimizing environmental elements harmful to a human body such as the sick house syndrome, minimizing a heat loss caused by air circulation for cleaning the indoor air and maximizing an energy saving effect. For this, the present invention comprises: the room heater; the lighting apparatus positioned on the circumference of a main body frame of the room heater; and a fixing device for attaching or detaching the lighting apparatus to or from the room heater. The room heater includes: a box type main body frame, fixed to a ceiling or a wall, having an open part at a lower part; a fixing frame equipped in the main body frame; a heater member equipped in a far-infrared radiation panel for emitting the heat; and the far-infrared radiation panel fixedly coupled to the fixing frame and the heater member to be positioned at the open part of the main body frame. The present invention can heat comfortably the room by using the indoor illumination and the emission of the far-infrared radiation and the radiant heat by the far-infrared radiation panel. |
