The method involves adhering pile pin (11) or pile sleeves of the base structure (10) with the pile-driven into the seabed foundation piles (12) on the seabed. The intermediate spaces (21) are formed between the foundation piles and the pole pin or pile sleeves, and filled with a hardenable filling material. The conductive connection of foundation pile is made with associated pole pin or the pile sleeve during or after insertion of the pile pin into the foundation pile. An independent claim is included for base structure of offshore installation.
