The pipe (10) has combustion cylinders provided with exhaust outlets (2.1, 2.2). Multiple spacer segments (20) are formed in an exhaust gas passage. The exhaust gas passage is in contact with a coolant passage. An exhaust gas inlet is sealed with the exhaust gas passage and the spacer segments. Exhaust gas discharge openings are provided in a combustion engine (1). A cooling system is provided with a coolant inlet and a coolant outlet. A closed refrigerant circuit is provided in the spacer segments.
