PURPOSE: A device for collecting rainwater is provided to collect clean rainwater by selectively opening a collecting plate and to effectively exclude contaminated initial rainwater by delaying the opening and closing time of the collecting plate. CONSTITUTION: A device for collecting rainwater comprises a collecting plate (105), a collecting plate accepting box (102), and a storage tank (101). The collecting plate collects rainwater. The collecting plate accepting box provides an inner space to accept the collecting plate. The storage tank stores the water collected by the collecting plate. |
