PURPOSE: A composite sheet for backlight units and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture a thin double-layered or triple-layered composite sheet by using a prism sheet and a lens sheet in combination. CONSTITUTION: A lenticular sheet (220) is placed on top of a non-printed light guide plate in a composite sheet for backlight units. A prism sheet (250) has a prism pattern formed in a direction perpendicular to the direction of a lenticular pattern on the lenticular sheet. A lens sheet (280) has a micro-lens pattern. The bottom of the prism sheet is adhered to the peak portion of the lenticular sheet, and the bottom of the lens sheet is adhered to and integrated with the peak portion of the prism sheet. |
