An antenna module and a portable terminal having the antenna module are provided to configure spaces where antennas are mounted by properly distributing the spaces to two bodies of the terminal, thereby preventing hindrance when communication signals are transceived. A connection unit connects the first antenna unit(110) with the second antenna unit(120). The first antenna unit and the second antenna unit are configured to do relative motion for each other so that one section of the first antenna unit is connected with the second antenna unit by the connection unit. The first antenna unit and the second antenna unit are disposed to form right angles for each other. The first antenna unit and the second antenna unit are disposed in parallel in the same direction. |
