The present invention relates to a clamping device for a rubber sheet used to transfer a rubber sheet discharged from a tire refining process to a transfer conveyor for transferring the rubber sheet to the next process after drying or cooling the rubber sheet in a bar conveyor storage loop. In order to dry and cool the rubber sheet (1) discharged through a banbury mixer of the refining process, the clamping device for a rubber sheet transfers the rubber sheet from the loop (3) of a bar conveyor (2) to the transfer conveyor (4) using a tong part. The clamping tong part (5) for clamping and lifting the end of the rubber sheet (1) transferred through the bar conveyor (2) is installed in front of the transfer conveyor (4). The clamping tong part (5) comprises: a double tong plate (7) connected to an up-down cylinder (6); multiple pins (8) connected to an upper inclined plate (7a) of the double tong plate (7) to pass holes of a lower inclined plate (7b); and an anti-collision detecting part (9) installed between the up-down cylinder (6) and the double tong plate (7) to prevent the double tong plate (7) from colliding with the bar conveyor (2). |
