The present invention relates to a method for cutting the FPCB attaching surface of a protective film attached to both sides of glass and a film to attach an FPCB to a metal electrode on the glass and the film during a touch screen module manufacturing process. The conventional techniques cause problems such as surficial debris, an increase in defective rates, and an increase in working hours by making workers manually cutting an FPCB attaching part. To solve these problems, the present invention relates to a method and a device for automatizing and simplifying a cutting process for the FPCB attaching part by rotating a vacuum suction roller and a cutting punch roller and cutting the FPCB attaching surface of the protective film attached to both sides of the glass and the film in order to the FPCB to the metal electrode on the sensor glass and the film.
