The present invention relates to a method for transmitting an uplink demodulation reference signal, a terminal thereof, a method for processing an uplink demodulation reference signal, and a transmission and reception point thereof. The method for transmitting an uplink demodulation reference signal on the terminal comprises the steps of: receiving terminal-specific configuration information including a terminal-specific parameter; generating an uplink demodulation reference signal (DM-RS); and transmitting the generated DM-RS to one of a first transmission and reception point and a second transmission and reception point different from the first transmission and reception point among transmission and reception points.
