A modular construction set comprising a plurality of releasably connectable panels 10, each panel having a major plane 20, and each panel having at least three sides lying in a plane perpendicular to the major plane, at least one side comprising at least three teeth 30, 40 extending substantially away from the side in a direction parallel to the major plane. At least two of said teeth are located towards one of the edges of the at least one side, and at least one of said teeth is located towards an opposite edge of the same side. The arrangement, size and spacing of the teeth enable two or more panels to be removably connected to one another with a friction-fit between the teeth of the two or more panels. A locking rod 50 may be removable insertable into recesses in the teeth so as to lock together two adjacent panels. The construction set finds particular utility as childrens playground equipment, such as for the construction of play houses. |
