The present invention relates to a blowdown device of fabric scraps generated by a cutting process in a shape pouch press which uses roll fabric made of a nonmetallic material. The purpose of the present invention is to efficiently perform cutting work by cutting roll fabric on a conveyor belt with a desired shape pouch mold and discharging the residual fabric scraps attached to the conveyor belt to the outside by separating the scraps from the conveyor belt when reaching the position of an outlet. For the blowdown device, a blowdown roller shaft equipped with multiple blades is installed on the top end of a carrier roller frame, which supports the carrier roller of a shape pouch press, at the outlet position, and can rotate along with the carrier belt supporting roller. The blowdown device of fabric scraps can efficiently perform cutting work on the shape pouch press because the manufacturing and installation is easy and convenient due to a simple structure. |
