The present invention relates to a composition containing low molecular weight heparin pluronic-cRGD (LHP-cRGD) as an active ingredient for treating or preventing liver cirrhosis. The LHP-cRGD of the present invention has excellent efficacies in reducing generation of collagen fibers in an animal model and reducing expression of fibrosis markers, such as TGF-beta1 and alpha-SMA, and thus is useful for prevention or treatment of liver cirrhosis and fibrosis diseases.
