The present invention relates to a natural medical herb treatment composition for knee joints and a pack using the same, more desirably: a composition obtained by mixing natural ingredients including Opuntia humifusa for treating bone related diseases of joints, knees, and cartilage, inflammation, and other diseases; and a pack obtained by spreading the composition on a piece of gauze to be attached to the parts with bone related diseases for promoting the blood circulation of the skin, discharging impurities from the skin for treating inflammation, and providing healthy skin.
