<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition from which a light-shielding color filter having superior light-shielding ability can be manufactured and which exhibits superior uniformity in the thickness of a coating film even when applied on a large wafer, and to provide a method of manufacturing the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition contains titanium black, a dispersant, a resin, a polymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator, at least one kind selected from propylene glycol alkylether solvents and propylene glycol alkyl ether acetate solvents, and at least one kind selected from ester solvents except for the propylene glycol alkylether acetate solvents. In the process of manufacturing the above composition, a mixture liquid containing titanium black and a dispersant is subjected to a dispersion treatment until changes in the volume average particle size of the titanium black are decreased to ≤10 nm/pass to obtain a dispersion liquid, to which a dispersant is further added to carry out a dispersion treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
