[Class 12 (iii).] A lubricating nipple for the bottom brackets or wheel hubs of cycles or other light vehicles has a lower threaded part 1a adapted to screw into the bracket or hub, an intermediate hexagonal collar 2. and an upper threaded part 1b adapted to receive a dust cap 3, the threads of the part 1b corresponding to those of a tyre inflator or oil pump connector. Such a connector may therefore be applied to the nipple so as to clear the oil passage 4 in the nipple or to supply oil therethrough.
