Provided in the present invention are a system and a method for real transaction of a multi-household house capable of processing lease transactions with an agent by using a QR code and a smart terminal. The system according to the present invention comprises: a service server for controlling the procedures of receiving transaction information of the multi-household houses, storing the received information, generating an QR code for accessing corresponding transaction information and producing a QR board on which the QR code is printed; a database for storing the transaction information of the multi-household houses transmitted by the service server; a QR board producing device for producing the QR board requested by a customer under the control of the service server; the smart terminal for scanning the QR board attached on the multi-household house if a set QR code application is driven, and for accessing a web page for providing the transaction information of the corresponding multi-household house via a connection to the service server over a network; and a multi-household house owner terminal for accessing the service server over a network and updating the transaction information. The present invention enables the multi-household house owner to subscribe for the service and to attach the QR board to a wall of the household house, and enables a tenant to photograph the QR board of a corresponding house via a smart phone, to check a vacancy state in the multi-household house, an internal structure, rent, etc., to make a call to the owner if the tenant wants to do, and to make a rent contract with the owner.
