The present invention provides a window locking device and a window structure with the window locking device capable of easily locking and releasing a sliding window, simultaneously performing indoor environment maintenance and security functions by opening the sliding window as much as a user wants, easily manufactured and ensuring the stability and reliability as a locking device with a simple configuration, and providing the function of a window grip. The present invention for achieving the above purpose provides: a fixed plate that is fixed to a window frame; and a fixture that is detachably installed on the fixed plate. For example, the fixed plate has at least one window frame coupling hole and has a female screw hole with a screw thread in the center thereof. The fixture is formed of a body that has, in the center thereof, a male screw part which is screwed into the female screw hole of the fixed plate. |
