In the manufacture of a pre-stressed high-strength concrete tapered pile using centrifugal force, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a pre-stressed high-strength concrete tapered pile and a pile, wherein a pile member is manufactured by enlarging the diameter and thickness of a member by using a manufacture frame including a manufactured member for cross-section enlargement and diameter enlargement in the tip end part and head part of a pile and in some sections of the member which are required to have large stiffness due to the applied excessive sectional force. Further, the present invention relates to member manufacturing technology capable of efficiently producing a cross-section depending on the performance of member force and the load applied to a pile by providing the technology that freely enlarges the thickness of a concrete pile member outward and inward in the process of manufacturing a pre-stressed high-strength concrete tapered pile by using centrifugal force.
