PURPOSE: A tool transfer apparatus is provided to securely and stably grip a moving tool port and to release a gripping state of the tool port after the movement of the tool port is ended. CONSTITUTION: A tool transfer apparatus includes a gripping unit. The gripping unit comprises a first and a second gripper (110,120), a first spring, and a first and a second gripper rotating unit (210,220). The first and the second gripper rotating unit makes the front ends of the first and the second gripper to be rotated toward each other to grip a tool port. The first spring makes the front ends of the first and the second gripper to be rotated toward the outside of a block to release the tool port. |
