PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrafine fiber composite non-woven fabric which is produced by laminating and integrating ultrafine fibers with a spun-bonded non-woven fabric, is especially suitable as a wiping cloth for wiping and catching fine dusts or as a filter for removing fine dusts, is excellent in flexibility and is excellent in shape retainability, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This ultrafine fiber composite non-woven fabric in which a fiber web is laminated and integrated with a spun-bonded non-woven fabric, is characterized in that the fiber web comprises ultrafine fibers obtained by removing the alkali-soluble resin component of conjugated fibers formed from an alkali-insoluble resin component and the alkali-soluble resin component, and heat-adhesive fibers; the fiber web is interlaced with needles and is bound with the heat-adhesive fibers; and the fiber web is interlaced with the spun-bonded non-woven fabric with needles, and is bound with the heat-adhesive fibers.
