The glide board binding has a base structures (1,2), where a front retainer assembly is supported on base structures for holding a leading end of a shoe. A rear holding unit is provided for holding a rear end of the shoe. One of the holding units fixed relative to the base structure in the longitudinal direction (X) of the glide board binding is adjustable in different adjustment positions. A fixing unit (15) is provided between a fixed position and a release position.
