Configuration of a joystick pilot valve provided with a leakage prevention structure according to the present invention is characterized by comprising; a valve body (3) provided with an operating oil chamber (6) and at least one support port (7); and at least one spool (8) installed by insertion allowing moves in a longitudinal direction through a supply port (7) and the operating oil chamber (6) to control flow of the operating oil; and a spool groove (9) provided inside the valve body (3) to allow guiding for reciprocating motion of the spool (8) in a longitudinal direction and communicated with or disconnected from the operating oil chamber (6) by reciprocating motion of the spool (8) in a longitudinal direction; and a pushing cam (10) connected to an upper side of the valve body (3) with a joint (2) as a medium for seesaw motion with reference to the joint (2); and a joystick lever (1) connected to the pushing cam (10) to cause seesaw motion of the pushing cam (10) according to the operation while the spool (8) is moved in reciprocation on the spool groove (9) to open/close the supply port (7) for the operating oil chamber (6); and an outer boot (20) installed to surround outside of the valve body (3), the pushing cam (10) and the joystick lever (1); and a leakage oil storage chamber (32) arranged inside the outer boot (20) and sealed from the outside air at an upper part position of a guide groove (4) on which the spool (8) of the valve body (3) is moved forward and backward. |
