The fastener unit has an assembly board (11) for assembling a door actuator at a retainer such as door leaf, door camber, wall or ceiling. The housing of the door actuator is fastened at the assembly board. The assembly board is provided with two retaining portions (12) at a side (14) and two holding portions associated to the retaining portions. The door actuator and assembly board are arranged such that the door actuator is hooked on side (14) of assembly board. A locking element (25) is rotated over hook arrangement and is arranged at a side (16) of assembly board. An independent claim is included for method for assembling door actuator at assembly board.
