A system for preventing exhaust gas intake for a vehicle is disclosed. The system for preventing exhaust gas intake for a vehicle comprises an indoor and outdoor air door inside a vehicular air-conditioner to adjust the intake of outdoor air to the inside of a vehicle; an outdoor air temperature sensor to measure the air temperature outside the vehicle; a temperature control door to control the temperature of air discharged to the inside of the vehicle; and a control part which keeps taking outdoor air by controlling the indoor and outdoor air door when the vehicle runs at a predetermined or higher speed and controls the temperature of air discharged to the inside of the vehicle by controlling the temperature control door when the temperature of the outdoor air is out of a predetermined range.
