摘要 The present invention relates to a colorless antistatic agent for electronic materials, a manufacturing method for the antistatic agent, an ultraviolet-curable antistatic coating agent using the antistatic agent and coating materials using the ultraviolet-curable antistatic coating agent and, more specifically, to a colorless antistatic agent for electronic materials prepared by mixing surfactants, neutralizing agents and fluoride-based lithium organic compounds, a manufacturing method for the antistatic agent comprising: a pH stabilization step of adding neutralizing agents in surfactants; a step of adding fluoride-based lithium organic compounds in the surfactants passing through the pH stabilization step; and a step of stirring and mixing them at the predetermined temperature in a predetermined speed, an ultraviolet-curable antistatic coating agent prepared by mixing the antistatic agent, multifunctional oligomer or monomer, a leveling agent, an organic agent which is a dilution agent and a photoinitiator, and materials prepared by using the ultraviolet-curable antistatic coating agent.
