PURPOSE: An internal welding defect inspection apparatus of an ice making evaporator and an inspection method thereof are provided to detect whether internal welding state of the evaporator is fault or not rapidly and accurately, by checking the welding state in the evaporator using a temperature variation graph of each immersion snorkel outputted through a number of temperature sensors, a control part and an output part. CONSTITUTION: An internal welding defect inspection apparatus for an ice making evaporator (10) includes an evaporator supporting part (100), a temperature sensor (200), a controller (300) and an output unit (400). The evaporator supporting part pressurizes and fixes an evaporator placed in the inside. The temperature sensor is installed in the evaporator supporting part to contact with the cross-sectional end of each immersion snorkel of the evaporator, and measures temperature of each immersion snorkel. The controller converts the measured value from the temperature sensor into an electrical signal so that the measured value is expressed through the output unit. The output unit is controlled by the controller, and outputs temperature variation of each immersion snorkel in a screen. |
