A method for removing scale (2) from the upper portion of a well (4), wherein a tool (1) with a rotatable cleaning head (10) is coupled to a wireline (14) and is moved into the well (4), wherein the method comprises: - providing av roller anchor (6) with a motor (8) for driving the rotating cleaning head (10); - coupling the rotating cleaning head (10) to the motor (8); and - letting the own weight of the tool (1) move the tool (1) into the well (4). |
