The present invention relates to a continuous casting device and a continuous casting method using the same. The continuous casting device casting a main piece comprises: a frame arranged to be aligned on a transfer path of the main piece; one or more detecting units arranged at the frame; a control unit arranged at the frame to be reciprocating in a direction to cross the transfer path of the main piece; a winch hook guide arranged to the front of the control unit in the frame and in which a guide groove is formed to settle a winch hook; and a control unit controlling the operation of the detecting units and the control unit. The continuous casting device is capable of preventing a dummy bar casting the main piece from deviating.
