Disclosed is a water sterilization passage structure of a water treatment apparatus capable of exchanging re-polluted water stored in a tank between the two tanks to sterilized water only by one sterilization unit. The water sterilization passage structure comprises: a filter unit purifying the raw water; first and second tanks which store the sterilized water, and are separated to prevent the stored water from being mixed; a sterilization unit comprising a sterilizing unit, a passage formed to pass the water stored in the first tank through the sterilizing unit then discharge the water to the outside, and a passage formed to pass the water stored in the first tank through the sterilizing unit then store the water in the second tank; and a control unit controlling the sterilization-discharging operation that the water stored in the first tank passes through the sterilizing unit and is discharged to the outside, the circulating operation that the water stored in the second tank is moved and stored in the first tank, and a sterilization-storing operation that the water stored in the first tank passes through the sterilizing unit and is stored in the second tank.
