PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately extract voice corresponding to the change of a surrounding environment. SOLUTION: In the voice processor 100, each of a plurality of microphones configuring an array microphone 1 acquires voice. A voice extraction part 3 extracts target sound from the acquired voice, and a surrounding environment determination part 11 determines the surrounding environment of the voice processor 100. A control part 12 controls a setting value used to extract the target sound by the voice extraction part 3, and a timing notification part 10 notifies the control part 12 of the timing of determining the surrounding environment by the surrounding environment determination part 11. The control part 12 executes control so as to make the surrounding environment determination part 11 determine the surrounding environment according to the timing notified from the timing notification part 10 and to set the setting value corresponding to a determination result by the surrounding environment determination part 11.
