PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition bearing wall structure 1 which has designability and can be replaced without damaging a structure frame. SOLUTION: The partition bearing wall structure 1 includes two column materials 4 for supporting the load of a beam material 2, a pair of frame materials 6 horizontally installed between the column materials 4, substrate materials 5a, 7a respectively fixed to the two column materials 4 and the opposite surfaces of the pair of frame materials 6, a bearing design panel 8 fitted in between the two column materials 4 and the pair of frame materials 6, and a panel frame 9 fixed to the outer periphery of the bearing design panel 8. The substrate materials 5a, 7a are formed into an L-shaped cross section. When the bearing design panel 8 is fitted in between the two column materials 4 and the pair of frame materials 6, the panel frame 9 is arranged so as to leave a distance from the two column materials 4 and the pair of frame materials 6, and the side of the panel frame 9 abuts on the side of a projection 52 and is fixed with a screw.
