PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently enhance the heat radiating effect, by reducing a width of a cooling fluid passage between adjacent cut and raised parts, and increasing the length of its parallel part, as a louver having a large number of louver-shaped cut and raised parts cut and raised in an inclined shape from a plate surface of a metallic plate, mainly for use of heat radiation. SOLUTION: A plurality of louver main plates having a large number of louver-shaped cut andraised parts are superposed on each other, projection parts of the louver-shaped cut and raised parts of the respective louver main plates are inserted into clearances between the cut and raised parts of the overlapping other louver main plates, and intervals are kept between the adjacent louver-shaped cut and raised parts in their superposed state, and the interval parts are used as the cooling fluid passages.
