PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous polyurethane resin having excellent coating property, drying property and initial adhesiveness and an aqueous polyurethane resin composition comprising the same. SOLUTION: The aqueous polyurethane resin has a temperature-responsive polymer on the surface of a resin particle.
