PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively obtain variations in a heart during load with respect to the resting time, by analyzing the image of the heart photographed during an examination by the cardiac nuclear medicine examination method. SOLUTION: In the cardiac nuclear medicine examination method, this analysis device comprises storage sections 11 and 12 for storing a first photographed image group and a second photographed image group; RI dosage estimation sections 14 for estimating first and second RI dosages; an array data generating section 17 that receives specification of a region of heart in the first photographed image, based on the first photographed image, receives specification of a region of heart in the second photographed image, based on a plurality of images included in the second photographed image, and generates first photographed array data and second photographed array data; an increase rate calculation section 18 for performing correction, based on the RI dosage ratio and comparing the first photographed array data with the second photographed array data; and a display processing section 19 for conducting bull's-eye-display of the comparison result.
