A plate-type heat exchanger (1), comprising at least one stack plate pair (2) with in each case two stack plates (3, 4) aligned substantially parallel to one another such that between the in each case two stack plates (3, 4) there is enclosed a fluid-tight fluid duct (5) for conducting a fluid, in particular water, and comprising an inlet and outlet opening (6, 8) for the fluid, should be simple and cheap to produce and should be of compact design and should operate reliably. Said problem is solved according to the invention in that the heat exchanger (1) comprises at least one electrical resistance heating element (10), and the at least one electrical resistance heating element (10) is thermally connected to the stack plate (3, 4) and/or is mechanically connected indirectly or directly to the stack plate (3, 4), such that the fluid can be heated by means of the electrical resistance heating element (10). |
