<p>PURPOSE: A meat-cutting system is provided to quantitatively and automatically cut meat by measuring thickness or cross section area of the meat. CONSTITUTION: A quantitative and automatic meat-cutting system comprises: an input unit(10) for inputting the kind, cut weight, and the number of piece of the meat; a cutting unit(30) for cutting meat to be cut; a transfer unit(20) which loads the meat and automatically transfers the meat; a control unit for controlling thickness by measuring unit weight of the meat; and a load unit(40) for loading the cut meat.</p> |
